Our Diners Say......

We have enjoyed V's on many occasions and the Sunday brunch is always a cut above. Today was no exception. The breakfast items were cooked to perfection and the pasta dishes, including the pasta bar, were delicious. V's is one of my favorites for brunch anyway and to top it off with fruit and Italian rum cake made this Father's Day meal a true winner.

An IDine Diner says..

(First Visit to V's) The establishment is clean, and the air quality very good. The fried ravioli was incredible. The red sauce was zesty and thick. The sauce tasted fresh and the lasagna was also good. I did not try the meatballs, because I am trying to control my weight. The meatballs looked incredible and I will enjoy them upon my next visit.While dinning at V's say hello to Mrs. V, who by the way monitored the lunch buffet and ensured that everything was perfect. Be sure to try the Homemade Rum Cake. I would bet the cake is prepared fresh every day.The atmosphere was lighted perfectly and was not too loud at all.

An Open Table Diner says...."An old place that is as fresh as today! Showing no signs of age in the physical space or the attitude of the staff, V's captures and sustains the atmosphere that says that dining out should be a special, rather than everyday, occasion. The music of the late 40's-early 50's provides a backdrop for relaxed conversation and simply fabulous food. A lot of places try to capture a "retro" look and fee and usually fail miserably. V's never lost it and that's why it's so good. The service and prices are excellent and with no fancy-schmancy dress code, the comfort is wonderful. Special place--this is IT in the Kansas City area."
